Shipping and returns.

Every print is made to order at a fine art lab in your region, then shipped tracked. Typical production time is 5 to 10 business days before dispatch, plus courier time. We ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the European Union, New Zealand and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Shipping is calculated from the size and weight of your order and its destination, and rates and times show at checkout for your address.

If your order arrives damaged, we replace it and express ship the replacement at our cost. Write to charleschevojon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Because each print is made to order, change of mind returns are assessed case by case. Write first and we will find a fair outcome.
