Mobile terms of service
Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions. Last updated 22 October 2026.
These terms cover text messages sent by Charles Dupuy trading as Charles Chevojon (ABN 26 528 465 380), who runs charleschevojon.com. By giving us your mobile number and saying yes to text messages, you agree to them.
Your consent
You agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the number you gave, sent through your wireless provider, including promotional messages. This applies even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list. Agreeing is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Saying no has no effect on an order.
What we send
- Promotional messages: a free shipping code, and occasional news of new work.
- Service messages: order and delivery updates about prints you have bought, such as dispatch and tracking.
We only text a number whose owner has agreed to it.
How often
Up to four promotional messages a month. Service messages follow your orders, so how many you get depends on what you buy.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. They are set by your mobile carrier and plan, not by us. You are responsible for them.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one last message confirming it, and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or write to bonjour@charleschevojon.com. Stopping texts does not change any email subscription, and the reverse is also true.
Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither are we, to the extent the law allows. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal.
Changing your number
If you get a new mobile number, sign up again with the new one. We may change the number we send from, and will tell you if we do.
Your number and your privacy
We keep your number and the record of your consent for as long as you stay subscribed and as the law requires. We do not sell your mobile number and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a messaging service, Klaviyo, and mobile carriers to send the messages, and they handle your number only to deliver them. How we handle your details more broadly is in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept it.
